Guru Raviji, one of India's most recognized yoga teachers, puts you through a strict,
all-encompassing program at our Ashram that is meant to settle your body and mind. Ayuryoga is
not just a physical exercise, it is a deep dive into Hatha, Raja, Ashtanga, Kriya, and Kalloori
Yoga, as well as specialist Yoga Mind Therapy.
Raviji's method is based on the seven main ideas of yoga, which means that your practice is
based on authentic tradition. We offer a calm, real place where Yoga and Ayurveda work together
as one science, whether you're new to the practice or want to improve your lifelong practice.
Yoga is a discipline that has rules. It's more than just a physical stretch, it's a way to align
the body that makes the nervous system and internal organs work better. Regular practice clears
the physical impediments that make you tired by focusing on your spine and circulation.
In our space, we go beyond regular lessons to offer therapeutic Yoga Therapy. These programs are
made just for people who have long-term problems including back pain, arthritis, diabetes, or
breathing problems. We don't just move the body, we utilize movement to wake up the body's
natural power to heal itself.
Most people only use a small part of their lung capacity to get through life, which is a habit that leads to chronic stress and poor energy. Pranayama is the right way to breathe. We help you control the flow of prana, the life force that connects the body and mind, by teaching you how to breathe with purpose. When your breathing slows down, your nervous system stops being in fight or flight mode. This gives you a level of mental clarity and focus that is hard to find in today's world.
In a world that never stops, real relaxation has become a luxury. For that you can depend Yoga
Nidra. It is a planned way to relax both your body and mind completely while still being aware
of what is going on.
We let the nervous system do a deep factory reset by guiding the mind into the space between
being awake and asleep. This practice is important for anyone who is dealing with burnout or
sleeplessness because it helps them create the emotional strength they need to be calm in a
world that is always under strain.
The quality of your thinking determines the quality of your life. When the mind is busy, the
body will soon follow. Our meditation isn't about clearing your mind, but about becoming aware
of how to direct your thoughts toward clarity and happiness.
We assist you establish mental strength that lasts long after you leave the Ashram by combining
Vedantic studies with other activities. This isn't a short-term getaway; it's a place to learn
how to live a more meaningful and balanced life.
A lot of the time, physical problems are just signs of mental problems that run deep. Yoga Mind
Therapy works with the subconscious to find and let go of these imprints from the past.
Using techniques like Yoga Nidra, our specialists guide you into a receptive state where you can
address inner conflicts without the need for invasive external interventions. This is a natural,
organic way to improve mental health that encourages real, long-term growth and emotional
stability.
You can't have a balanced life if your gut isn't balanced. At our Ashram, we stress a lacto-vegetarian diet that is both healthy and useful. We give the body the nutrition it needs without the heavy, inflammatory burden of processed meals by focusing on whole grains, seeds, legumes, and fresh fruits and vegetables. This manner of eating maintains your body light and your mind bright. It is the basis for all of your healing.
Our Kerala Panchakarma Ashram is located in the peaceful scenery of Kerala. It is a rare place
that has both a world-class training center and a fully functional panchakarma hospital in Kerala. This lets

We have a way for everyone, from beginners to advanced seekers, to find what they need. Yoga and
meditation are an important part of treating illnesses like psoriasis, eczema, and chronic pain
here. By combining Panchakarma with yogic discipline, we don’t just mask symptoms; we address
